If Atiku Abubakar of the People's Democratic Party or APC's candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu happened to win the 2023 presidential election, it would be said that it was their structure, but if Peter Obi of Labour Party (LP), wins the 2023 election, nobody will say it was based on his structure, but rather, it is the will of the people.
