Dangote Refinery Reduces Petrol Ex-Depot Price

The Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals has announced a reduction in the ex-depot price of petrol to N865 per litre.

This price adjustment was communicated to marketers and customers on April 10.

A refinery official confirmed the drop from the previous rate of N880 per litre to the new N865 benchmark.

As a result, fuel stations including MRS Oil & Gas, Ardova Plc, Heyden, and others with exclusive supply deals from the refinery are expected to adjust their pump prices to approximately N910 per litre.

The move follows a meeting between Dangote Refinery executives and the Minister of Finance, Wale Edun, on Tuesday, April 10.
