DJ Cuppy Says She Gets Marriage Proposals Daily, Jokes She Replies With New Degrees

Nigerian DJ, entrepreneur and philanthropist Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has revealed that she receives marriage proposals every day but jokingly says she responds to her grandmother's constant questions about settling down by earning another academic certificate.

Speaking in a recent interview with Marie Claire, the media personality said her growing collection of degrees has become a light-hearted way of "avoiding marriage."

Cuppy also disclosed that the marriage proposals are not limited to admirers, noting that people are constantly trying to match her with potential partners, even though she has never asked for such help.

The award-winning DJ, who has studied at prestigious institutions including New York University, the University of Oxford and King's College London, said her current focus remains on education, philanthropy and gaining a deeper understanding of the industries she works in.
