Two men have been charged in the United States over an alleged investment scam that prosecutors say defrauded 26 women of approximately $1.3 million. Federal prosecutors in Portland, Oregon, charged 35-year-old Daejon Labrayae Love and 18-year-old Taylor Jamie Chan with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and wire fraud. The FBI arrested the pair at Boise Airport in Idaho on August 24, 2026, after authorities alleged they had traveled there to meet potential new victims. US Strategist Offers Theory On Why Tinubu-Related Files May Remain Withheld

A former mayor of Blanco, Texas, and founder of Africa Arise International, Mike Arnold, has offered his theory on why records relating to Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu may still be withheld by US authorities. Arnold, who describes himself as a strategist, journalist, filmmaker and political consultant, said the legal explanation that releasing the files could endanger individuals was plausible. Reacting to ongoing discussions over the documents, Arnold dismissed speculation that officials, including the FBI, CIA, a judge or former US President Donald Trump, were paid to prevent their release. Las Vegas, Nevada — Duane “Keffe D” Davis, a former South Side Compton Crips gang leader, has been found guilty of the 1996 murder of legendary American rapper Tupac Shakur.
