A former mayor of Blanco, Texas, and founder of Africa Arise International, Mike Arnold, has offered his theory on why records relating to Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu may still be withheld by US authorities. Arnold, who describes himself as a strategist, journalist, filmmaker and political consultant, said the legal explanation that releasing the files could endanger individuals was plausible. Reacting to ongoing discussions over the documents, Arnold dismissed speculation that officials, including the FBI, CIA, a judge or former US President Donald Trump, were paid to prevent their release.
