The candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Godwin Obaseki leading the Edo governorship election has, won a total of 13 Local Government Areas from results being collated by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Edo state.
Obaseki has so far polled a total of 282,118 votes; 50,782 more than the total votes of 231,336 Ize-Iyamu has polled.
