Nigeria’s Foreign Affairs Minister, Geoffrey Onyeama, says Abdul-Rahman Dambazzau made a disclosure at a joint media briefing with Foreign Affairs that atleast 400 Nigerians are presently serving jail terms in South African prisons for various offences.

He 'Onyeama' said, "though he was yet to get the details of their offences, most of them were convicted on crimes bordering on drugs, fraud and prostitution."
In anger!!! "If Nigerians with legitimate reasons to travel to South Africa are denied Visas, then the government will be left with no choice other than to retaliate," he threatened.
