At least 5 people have been reported to be infected with Lassa Fever in Owo Local Government and Akoko North-West Local Government areas of Ondo state.
According to report from newsmen, a student of the Achievers University in Owo, who has also contracted the disease, he said government is doing its best to curtail the spread of the disease by isolating the patient.
He urged Nigerians to always visit the nearest government hospitals whenever they have recurring fever.
