A former mayor of Blanco, Texas, and founder of Africa Arise International, Mike Arnold, has offered his theory on why records relating to Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu may still be withheld by US authorities. Arnold, who describes himself as a strategist, journalist, filmmaker and political consultant, said the legal explanation that releasing the files could endanger individuals was plausible.
