Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has commenced an indefinite strike over the Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System and the non- implementation of the 2009 agreement, on Monday.
The strike was made known at the press briefing, Abuja, by the union’s National President, Prof. Biodun Ogunyemi.
He stated that the government had failed to address some certain issues that were raised .
ASUU had on Monday , March 9 , 2020, declared a two- week warning strike.
