The Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte has extended the lockdown in the country till May 3 on Friday.
He described his decision as a difficult one as it also means that the Mediterranean country’s economical would experience setback.
He said, “ We are extending the restrictions until May 3 . It is a difficult but necessary decision for which I assume full political responsibility, ”.
