“Na God Save Me” — Nigerian Content Creator Warns Against Dangerous Pranks After Colleague Collapses During Video Shoot
A Nigerian content creator Abdullahi Kareem Mayweather, aso known as Mr Cooker, has issued a strong warning to fellow creators to avoid dangerous prank content after a frightening incident that nearly turned tragic during a video recording session.
In a video shared online and captioned “Na God Save Me,” the creator recounted how a prank on his colleague went horribly wrong. According to him, his colleague was working on top of a cooking gas cylinder when he decided to create a scare by striking the edge of a nearby abandoned trailer.
The sudden loud noise reportedly startled the colleague, who immediately collapsed to the ground. Moments later, the man was seen unconscious and reportedly began bringing out liquid from his mouth, causing panic among those present.
The content creator explained that the situation quickly escalated into an emergency, prompting them to rush the victim to a nearby hospital for urgent medical attention.
Fortunately, the colleague survived the incident and is said to be alive and recovering.
Reflecting on the frightening experience, the creator used the opportunity to appeal to other content creators to rethink the growing trend of dangerous prank videos and content designed purely for shock value.
He stressed that while pranks may attract views and engagement on social media, they can also lead to serious injuries, health complications, or even loss of life.
